The first kick-off meeting: Concentrated Solar Power Desalinated Water Project

The first kick-off meeting for the Concentrated Solar Power, Desalinated Water Project (CSP-DSW) will take place this Thursday, 27 November at the Guy Ourisson building, Athalassa Campus. Participants include: the Cyprus Institute, MIT, University of Illinois, University of Cyprus, the Cyprus University of Technology, the Water Development Department, the Cyprus Energy Regulatory Authority and the Electricity Authority of Cyprus.

The welcome will be given by Mr A.Mouskos, Vice Chair of the CREF Board of Trustees, and the address will be delivered by Dr. T. Christofides, Undersecretary to the President of the Cyprus, which will then be followed by an address by Prof. C.N. Papanicolas, the President of the Cyprus Institute.
