A joint doctoral workshop with the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry (Mainz, Germany) on  'Climate change: causes and impacts' will take place in Pafos during the week 11 - 19 October, 2008. The Autumn School will focus on the physical principles and feedbacks of the main components of the climate system. Numerical modelling and observation techniques of the global and regional climate will be studied, as well as various socio-economic impacts of climate change, with emphasis in the Mediterranean.
