I am a behavioural scientist with years of experience working with governments and large organisations around the world. I help organisations understand how people behave in practice in order to improve their policies and services. I work in a diverse set of policy areas including economic policy, finance, energy and sustainability, health, and education. I have delivered seminars and workshops to companies, policymakers and universities around the world on behavioural science and experimentation. My work has been featured in mainstream media including the BBC and the Financial Times.

I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from Brown University which I completed in 2013. In my thesis, I studied the unintended consequences of using monetary incentives in the US educational system. I also hold an MSc in International Relations from the School of Advanced International Studies, Johns Hopkins University, and a BSc in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics.
