Ioannis joined The Cyprus Institute in November 2023 as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Water Division of EEWRC of the Cyprus Institute. He holds a PhD in Energy, Environment and Atmospheric Sciences, obtained in October 2023 from The Cyprus Institute.

During the academic year 2022 – 2023, Ioannis worked as a Technical Research Specialist for eco-hydrological observatories at The Cyprus Institute and participated in research projects studying the impacts of climate change on the water resources of Cyprus.
