Eliza Loucaidou

Eliza Loucaidou holds the position of Senior Officer, with a key role in the coordination, and implementation of the Climate City Contract of Limassol Municipality in the context of the European Union’s Mission for Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities 2030. Her main responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, inter-institutional coordination, and the organisation of high-level events and policy dialogues at local, national, and European level.
 
She holds a degree in Politics (First Class), an MSc in Public Administration and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science and has extensive experience in the preparation, management, and reporting of European and national projects, working closely with municipalities, research organisations, and international networks. Her professional background focuses on EU Mission climate-neutral cities, and integrated urban governance, with strong involvement in both pre-award proposal development and post-award project coordination.
 
Eliza is also Seasoned Innovation and Entrepreneurship Advisor with 20+ years of experience in advisory serving a wide range of public and private sector clients. She held the position of a Director of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Centre at Deloitte until 2023, and served in parallel as the Manager of the Accelerator ARIS [A Really Inspiring Space], where she supported start-ups towards accelerating in international markets and obtaining financing, and held the overall responsibility for the design and management of the program.
